Our History

As a family-owned and operated organization, we hold our family values close to our business practices. With over 35 years of experience in land development and construction, our founder Kris Mailman has grown the organization from a local single-family home developer to an industry leader in building and managing multi-family housing developments across Canada. Over the decades, we have established family-friendly communities and a comfortable rental experience.

Broadstreet Properties and Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. work hand-in-hand to design, build an manage over 85 multi-family communities across Canada. Seymour Pacific is an industry leader in building multi-family apartments. Through effective teamwork and industry expertise, we develop and build 1,500 – 2,000 units a year. Our projects can be found in over 30 cities across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. What differentiates us from our competition is unparalleled speed and efficiency, combined with more than 38 years of experience in development and construction.

Behind the Seymour name is a hardworking and driven team of industry-leading professionals that guide each project from conception to completion. From our in-house design department working hand-in-hand with our development and land acquisitions team, to our project management, construction management, purchasing, quality control, and a COR-certified safety program, we control every aspect of construction to deliver quality projects to our clients.
